In America, we are blessed with the opportunities to make these types of adventures reality. The main things needed are drive, motivation, and the will to make it happen. (Also the Wife's permission). High quality public land hunts are available for those willing to put in the time and effort.

At On Foot Films, we annually go on hunts that many would consider "The Hunt of a Lifetime". We are not wealthy. We still have our day jobs like the majority of folks, yet we research, create, and go on trips that would rival any in terms of quality hunts. Whether it's Elk, Mule Deer, Blacktail, or other big game, we pursue animals in remote areas that hold the potential for trophy animals. These are real do-it-yourself hunts. No private ranches, no guides, no extravagant price tags. Nothing against any of those things, it's just not what we tend to do.

 

Our videos don't have more or bigger animals than all the others on the market, but they are real hunts with real experiences. Not highlights of several hunting teams fanned out across the west, but videos of individual trips with the good, bad, ugly, & hard earned, all included.
